Welcome to this newly built Beachfront Three-Bedroom Villa, and watch the waves infold right from your doorstep. You can even see HT's in one of the rooms - a world-class wave, straight from your bedroom. The space Each room comes with mosquito net, hot showers, air conditioning, emergency fans and black-out curtains. The villa is also furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, so you can prepare your own meals and enjoy them in the dining area. Don't feel like cooking, you can go eat at the nearby resort called Hollow Tree's Resort, only 500 m from the villa. Other things to note Before your arrival we charge the following in advance: - Transportation options (contact us for more info) - Mentawai surf tax is 130 USD per person (for visiting surfers only). - Meals: If you would like to arrange food upon your arrival (for those who would like to cook at home), we can send you a shopping list with prices that you can choose from with a 20% markup (to cover transportation costs). In case of breakage and any kind of damage, we require upon arrival a Rp 3,000,000 deposit for weekly stays and a Rp 5,000,000 deposit for monthly stays. If all is well end of your stay, we will refund your deposit.
