Kitchenette and eating bar provide ample room for morning breakfast and coffee. 3 piece bathroom with all the toiletries one could need. New remote control ceiling fan and efficient Mini-Split HVAC. Guest access Guests enter the Studio through a entrance in the the rear of the Building. Guests can park in the front on Campbell. The stairway up leads to the unit upstairs that is my residence and should not be used. Other things to note It's a basement so it's cool in the summer and colder when it's below freezing outside. Its sealed up well and stays very warm with the efficient MiniSplit HVAC.
