Welcome to the House of Pania Bnb. Breakfast provided plus heated pool (seasonal). Our 2 bedroom suite + pool is for 1 couple/group booking only. You will enjoy a recently renovated space which is spacious, quiet, and romantic. Quality linen, furniture and fixtures. Deep bath. Spend time in the 2 living spaces, one where you relax and watch the ships sail in, or in the study with over a 800 books to choose from - a reader’s delight. Sleep in late and have a delicious cooked breakfast. The space The House of Pania is on 2 levels, with the suite being on the lower floor. There are 2 bedrooms, the first has a queen size bed and a view of the pool and sea. The second has a king size bed and a garden view. There is a 3rd built in bed in the pool room which can be used as a day bed or for an extra guest. This bed is of king single width but shorter than standard. In the pool room is a small galley kitchenette which includes a coffee machine, kettle, and microwave. The pool room opens out into the pool area with views of Pania Reef, Mahia Peninsula and Cape Kidnappers. From the pool beach are port views. The suite has 80 year old matai native timber floors throughout with rugs. The house is surrounded by a coastal garden which includes native trees and pathways/garden steps. The upstairs level of the house is restricted to the hosts. Guest access The suite, entrance way, pool area, driveway, pathway steps linking drive and suite area. Also the pathway through the garden to the fale garden with the bathtub. No access to upper level and adjacent garden. Other things to note The House of Pania is up a fairly steep drive with plenty of space for parking in front of house. From the driveway there are steps up to the house.
