Beautiful and modern apartment overlooking the pool, the condominium is located on Vía Girardot - Nariño, next to the patidronomo located 10 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes by car from the Unicentro Girardot shopping center. The space is located in the coolest area of Girardot because, being next to a mountain range, it receives air currents throughout the day that make the accommodation feel very cool and comfortable. National Tourism Registry (RNT): 80473 The space The space has a magnificent view of the mountain range on the outskirts of Girardot, Vía Nariño, next to the skating rink. It has 2 bedrooms, (The master bedroom has air conditioning and the auxiliary room has 2 fans, as the apartment is quite cool thanks to its location) in which 4 guests can be accommodated. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. It is located on the 1st floor, has cable TV, and Wi-Fi so you can work from home. Approximately 5 minutes by car you will find on the same road a Consubsidio supermarket, an Ara and 8 minutes an Olimpica. Within the complex you will find a mini-market that offers products that can help you out of any trouble. 15 minutes by car you will find the Unicentro and Homecenter shopping centers. It is also close to the Girardot Olympic swimming pools. There is no hot water. We offer pool service (See schedules in the "Other things to note" section) and private parking with 24-hour surveillance. TO DO. - Before arrival, the welcome link sent by the host via a platform message (AIRBNB) must be filled out for the proper registration of the people who will go, which includes full name and identification number, (This is done only until the reservation is confirmed). Coordinate check-in and check-out times with the HOST. We handle flexibility in this, (Check with host as this may vary in high season). Guest access Inside the condominium there is a children's pool and an adult pool that have lifeguards throughout the day. - Playground. - Full apartment + Terrace with hammock option or illuminated outdoor room. - Adult pool (with lifeguard), (Closed Mondays, except holidays, for maintenance). - Parking (Private). - 24-hour reception and surveillance. - Surveillance cameras throughout the place. -Wi-Fi Guests do not have access to the on-site gym or game tables by order of the property management. Other things to note SWIMMING POOLS OPENING HOURS: Tuesday to Friday: 1 PM to 8 PM Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: 9 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 8 pm - On MONDAYS the pool is closed for cleaning and maintenance (Except on HOLIDAYS, when it is moved to Tuesday) - The use of a bathing cap and bathing suit is mandatory. - When making the pool reservation at the complex's front desk, you must buy some "wristbands" which will be for personal use by each of the members during the stay, they have an ADDITIONAL VALUE OF: $5,000 each and are paid right there.
