Charles Heritage Homestay is located in the rustic village of Kadavoor.. Traverse narrow and winding roads amid lush rubber plantations to arrive at the homestay, a scenic 12-acre farmland situated in a shadowed valley, beyond which the Chattamatam Reserve Forest sprawls. The 80-year-old ancestral home, constructed in the traditional Kerala style based on the principles of Thachu Shastra. Rain revitalizes the numerous streams that flow to a small pond where you can take a refreshing swim.
