Bahia Bonita its a great beach retreat with great views of the USS Lexington, passing boats, barges and ships right from the balcony chairs. Enjoy the Coastal Bend beach which is steps away, a walk on the trails of North Beach and much more! The inside of condo is updated, beautifully decorated and the view is spectacular! There are 2 pools on the property. The pool in the building with this unit is heated in the winter months. The property is currently undergoing renovations and updates, however, once you step into the condo the relaxation begins! Very cozy for 4 people (2adults 2 Children) with a separate queen size bedroom, built in youth bunks (suited more for children or young adults) along the hallway and twin sofa futon in living area. The condos 425 square feet has the feel of a deluxe hotel suite complete with a kitchette! However, if large spaces are your thing (especially with small children) this condo may not suit you. This condo does NOT accommodate 4 adults and several small children comfortably. It IS certainly child friendly! Beach towels and beach chairs are provided for your convenience. The Condo is stocked with plenty of plates, glasses and utensils for enjoying your meals. There are 2 crockpots (large and medium) with cooking bags and cookbook, cookware, blender,hand mixer...coffee pot with filters. Soap for dishes, paper products, foil, plastic wrap, condiments, serving dishes, pizza pan, Bundt pan. There is a utility closet next to refrigerator equipped with a broom, dustpan and Swiffer wet and dry pads. There are also barbecue grilling tools hanging on wall of closet. There is a public grill downstairs for your convenience. Please bring your own toiletries such as bath soap and shampoo! We DO NOT provide this. Wi-Fi available... TV in living room and bedroom There is a laundry area right outside the front door ...just steps away. Washers and dryer’s are brand new and can be used with a credit card. Upon your arrival and check in at the desk you will receive parking passes , beach gate access cards and a map of the property. There is a private gate at the end of the property that leads you right out to the beach/bay area. There is a 15.00 (one time) parking fee payable at the front desk, covered parking available on a first come first serve basis. I will be available for any questions via text or phone call during the course of your stay....we want to have a great beach/ bay experience! The surrounding area offers museums, USS Lexington Corpus Christi State Aquarium and many places to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Souvenir shops are also conveniently close! Villa Del Sol is an older complex, extensive repairs are in progress throughout the property and the restoration and improvements are noticeable! The views and interior decor of this unit will enhance the overall enjoyment of your stay. The convenient beach access is just steps away. There are grilling areas along the property with 2 pools, pool #1 is on ground floor of this unit/building. Many of the attractions in the area such as the Lexington and Texas State Aquarium are 5 -10 minutes away and can be viewed from the balcony...many guests choose to walk to them! Host will provide you with a list of great places to dine at. Much of the property has been restored and updated since Hurricane Harvey, there are many improvements that are ongoing throughout the property, most of them complete including the hallways leading to the unit.
