This spacious 2-bedroom 2 bath condo is located in the West building at SeaSpray. The master bedroom hosts a king bed and ensuite bath with tub/shower combo, and the second bedroom has a Queen bed and full bath in the adjacent hallway. The living room offers a new sleeper sofa along with additional sofa and recliner. The fully stocked kitchen offers a drip coffee maker and all the comforts of home. New stylish dining room table with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf from the living, dining room and of course there's a perfect spot to relax on the balcony to take in the gorgeous sunsets. Continue your workout routine in our well-equipped fitness center and soothe those muscles while soaking in the hot tub. Take a swim in the warm waters of the Gulf or cool off in one of the 3 refreshing pools. (pools are open daily from 9am until dusk) Take a walk over to Riverside and explore the kayak rack, propane grill house or take in a game of tennis/pickleball. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking). Guest will receive an invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day. Unregistered vehicles will be ticketed, booted or towed at the vehicle owner's expense. We hope to "sea" you soon!
