When you enter the apartment, a bright hallway awaits you with enough space for jackets, shoes and luggage. From here you can go directly into the spacious living and dining room. In the living area, you can make yourself comfortable on the couch, relax while watching TV or read a good book. The sofa bed provides an additional sleeping space for another person if needed. The dining table offers enough space for all guests – for breakfast, dinner together or as a meeting place after a day in the Hohenlohe region. The large, well-equipped kitchen makes it easy for you to make even longer stays pleasant. Oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, as well as dishes, cutlery, pots and pans are available for you. Basic essentials such as oil, salt and pepper are provided, so you can start cooking right away. Casa Michaela offers two separate bedrooms, each with two single beds. In the master bedroom, the beds can be pushed together to form a double bed if needed – ideal for couples. Comfortable mattresses and fresh linens ensure a restful night. Clothes hangers and storage space for clothes are provided so that you can settle in well, even for longer stays. A special highlight is the covered balcony with loggia furniture. Here you can let your gaze wander over Öhringen, enjoy your morning coffee or end the evening in a quiet atmosphere. The location on the upper floor ensures brightness and a pleasant spaciousness. For your convenience, you will find Wi-Fi, a TV, a workstation for concentrated work, as well as a washing machine and a drying rack. Heating, hot water, hairdryer, shampoo, soap/shower gel and shower gel are of course also provided. NEIGHBORHOOD / LOCATION / REACHABILITY Casa Michaela is located in a quiet residential area of Öhringen with very good connections. In a few minutes, you can reach the train station, from which you can easily get to the surrounding area and the larger cities. The historic old town with the collegiate church, cafes and restaurants is within walking distance (about 14 minutes). Shopping facilities are also within easy reach, and a shopping center is within walking distance, so you can conveniently get everything you need for your stay locally. For guests arriving by car, free public street parking is available. Due to the location on the upper floor, you can enjoy a beautiful view towards the old town and, at the same time, rather quiet surroundings. ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT NOTES Access to Casa Michaela is via a lift, but the building is not completely barrier-free as there are mezzanine floors. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. No parties or events allowed. Please use only the public parking spaces along the curb. The apartment can accommodate 4 people in two bedrooms and one additional person on the sofa bed in the living room. Long-term stays are possible and expressly welcomed.
