Borakaye wooden bungalow superb view over the bay

Wooden bungalow perfect for 2 to 4 people with a lovely view over the bay of Grande anse and the anchorage. 3 minutes walk from the quiet beach along our private lane. The space This large wooden bungalow between s ea and forest has a superb view over the bay of Grande Anse. The wooden shutters that make the walls can all be opened to provide a natural ventilation! On the terrace that overlooks the sea, there is a teck table and 4 teck chairs.+ 2 reclining chairs , a barbecue and awning and an outside shower. In the main room( 21 m2) there is a very comfortable Queen size bed , an armchair and a fully equipped kitchenette. At the back, there is a pleasant bathroom with toilets and a small bedroom( 7m2) for kids with a single bed and a drawer bed. The owners will give you plenty information and wil offer you a welcome drink. An apartment next to the sea with a direct access to our quay is not available . ( see :"Waterside apartment, private deck, Anse d'Arlet") Cleaning fee: 40 € to be paid on arrival. Guest access Full access to the whole bungalow and private parking space next to the property. Other things to note You are going to spend your holiday in our bungalow which we have built and decorated. The following house rules will give you some recommendations. Should you miss something in the facility or should you need help, please let us know immediately. We will be happy to help you with information about day trips or any questions. Thank you to report any missing or damaged article. This is a holiday cottage and unlike a hotel room, it does not provide daily cleaning service. All equipment, utensils, furniture and fittings, floors, etc must be left clean and tidy at the end of your holiday - same state of cleanliness in which it was found. .Calm: Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, during which time the noise from the bungalow will not unreasonably disturb us or our neighbor. Only the confirmed number of guests are allowed to stay overnight. Thank you to tell us about any visitor in the daytime. Sand : use the shower outside to wash all sand off before entering the bungalow. Toilets :do not flush sanitary products down the toilets and do not use bleach. Lights : turn off all lights and fans while out to conserve energy. Cleaning : only use the special cleaning product (under the sink) and the smooth side of the sponge for the ceramic glass cooktop. Smoking on the terrace only is allowed. Trash : Please take out the trash. The trash bins are at the corner of Rue des Cocotiers and Boulevard des Glyceridias. Help keep Martinique beautiful by recycling. Recycling trash cans are on the road to Diamant and Trois Ilets. Awning : please lower the terrace awning at night and on leaving the bungalow to protect the chairs and deck chairs from the rain. Insects : this bungalow is built in the forest of Morne Champagne, a unique setting for bird watching. This also involves some incursions by insects or lizards. We bring a particular care to the complete cleaning of the drawers and of the floors before every check in. To avoid any temptation, please put all fruit, bread and perishable foodstuff under the fruit cover or in the microwave. We wish to be present for the check out. Before you leave, please : Remove all trhe garbage from the bungalow clean the barbecue Wash up , put the dry plates , glasses back in the cupbord. Remove the sheets (but not the green cover) and put them together on the bed Separate wet towels or bathroom carpet Turn off the fans and lower the awning.
