Artsy Mountain Condo

This unique artsy property is a 2 Bedroom 2 bathroom accommodation located in Silverthorne. Backing to national forest land allowing for for snowshoeing cross country skiing or Back country ski access to Buffalo mountain. This warm, cozy condo is perfect for couples, small families or close friends. It offers 1 cal king bed and 2 full/queen beds in a bunk. There is also a queen air mattress and a large sectional couch. Easy access to bus route and minutes to 4 Summit County Ski Resorts. The space The condo is 2 levels. The main level is the kitchen and living area with a TV, huge comfortable sectional couch and an electric fire place, there is also a full bathroom (with a tub). Bedroom has a cal-king bed. The second level is a loft with a full/queen bunk bed and a 2nd bathroom with a shower. The loft is large enough to have fully inflated queen air mattress (linens and comforter provided). In the Winter season there is also a boot/glove dryer to dry your gear. The kitchen is fully stocked with a french press , stove-top espresso maker and everything you need to make a meal. Washer and dryer also on the main level Parking is right in front of the condo. Available for 2 cars only. Other things to note Absolutely no shoes or smoking in the condo. We provide hotel slippers for your stay No pets or parties We have a small driveway and there is a Maximum of 2 cars in the driveway. There is no off street parking available. During the winter, we will shovel the walk-way to the condo before guest arrival but we will not be able to guarantee that it will be shoveled everyday during your stay as we don't have a HOA. We will leave out the shovel and melting salt just incase We are in a quiet neighborhood so please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. No open flames or candles. No firearms. This is our primary residence and we have a short haired dog so if you have dog allergies this would not be ideal for you.
