Located next to Hsinchu Science Park. Detached, quiet, and comfortable. Projectors and speakers are available to watch movies, play games, and chat with family and friends in a leisurely home. There are lots of shops nearby, convenient for shopping. Free parking is available and the parking lot is within walking distance. Five minutes walk from the Science Park. We can accommodate up to 10 people at a time, and if there are more than 5 people, please let us know and we will make extra arrangements for you. Due to space limitations, this building is non-smoking and does not accommodate children under the age of 10 and pets. There is no elevator and it is not an accessible space. Please consider whether it is suitable for your situation. Thank you Snacks and tea bags are provided The space There are three and a half private rooms, one with two double beds and the other two with three single beds. There is a spacious audio-visual room with audio, projector, projection screen to share fun with family and friends. There are three bathrooms in total, and toilets are available on each floor. Bath amenities, hair dryer, large towels, toothbrushes, and biscuit tea bags are provided. Up to 10 guests can stay, with 2 double beds and 6 single beds. Guest access ✅The entire floor is dedicated and will not be shared with others. ✅Please be honest and use according to the number of people booked, no visitors. ✅ Please let us know in advance if you plan to have visitors. A cleaning fee of NT$200 per visitor will be charged for groups of two or more visitors. ✅Kitchen can be used.However, here are some things to keep in mind: 1, on the table of the pot, please be sure to add a pot mat (Several pot pads have been placed on the table) 2. Remember to turn off the gas stove 3. Dishes and cutlery are provided; please use them with care. 4.
