The house is located on the seafront in Ribeirão da Ilha, one of the oldest, most preserved and charming neighborhoods in Florianópolis. Our property is ideal for weddings and small events, except private parties. Please consult the rates. Your family will be enchanted by the Azorean architecture and typical local customs, one of which is the cultivation of oysters, classified as the best in Brazil. Naufragados Beach is the southernmost beach in Florianópolis, 13 km from downtown Ribeirão. The space 10.9 km from Floripa Airport, in Freguesia do Ribeirão, it brings together charms and beauties in every corner. With a privileged position and preserved nature, the place is an open-air invitation to practice yoga. A 450m² house, it has 6 en-suites and another 1 bedroom attached to the master suite. It contains a wine cellar, a large living and dining room, an equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and a garage with capacity for 3 covered cars and 6 in the open patio. With a privileged plot of 2000m², framed in the midst of nature, the outdoor area provides private access to the beach, a swimming pool with solar heating and a barbecue area by the sea. Space suitable for family groups seeking tranquility and convenience. Beware of the shells on the beach in front of the house; they can be sharp, so it is important to always wear a sneaker or shoe when entering the sea in front of the house. The stones can also be smooth and slippery. Guest access The guest has access to the entire area of the property. Everything that is removed from its proper place must be returned to it. Other things to note We provide pillows, sheets, blankets and bath towels. Guests must bring their own toiletries and insect repellent.
