If you have to, please put it back the way you found it. ~ Do not litter around the neighborhood. ~ Third party booking must be disclosed explicitly. ~ For any violation listed in our additional house rules, we may charge a fee ranging from $300-$1000 depending on our cost or losses. # Booking Requirements: ~ We call all of our guests as part of our verification process given that we had multiple issues in the past relating to guests that aren`t who they say they are. ~ No calls means no check-in. # Things to note: ~ Any house rule violations will be subject to cancellation with a refund based on our cancellation policy. We will be reasonable as much as possible to make this an overall great stay between the both of us. # HVAC rules: ~ Please do not put the AC temp below 69 degrees as it may freeze up the pipes. This will cause the AC not to function well and may cause a leak in the drain pipes. # Pet Rules ~ Service animals or Emotional support animals must be disclosed prior to your check-in or we’ll assume that you brought a pet and process an Airbnb claim. ~ Please do not leave your pets at the house without a crate. ~ Please pick up after your pets or we’ll have to charge and pay someone to do it after your stay with us.
