Géminis Room is a totally private space with a shared bathroom inside Casa Capricornio. It has two double beds and one single bed, with double height ceiling and fans. Its window into the street lets in natural light and helps keep the room cool. The house offers a relaxed atmosphere, with 7 rooms in total and nice common areas such as shared kitchen, floor filled interior patio and a top terrace, ideal for sitting, taking air and lounging. It's a perfect place for sightseeing, studio, or work trips: accessible, quiet, and with a good vibe for your city visit. 🫶🏽 We are in the American Colony, a few blocks from the Expiatory Temple and the Juárez station of the Ligero Train, very close to the historic center of Guadalajara. The area is practical and comfortable to move around the city, as well as being surrounded by cafes, restaurants and cultural spaces. We do not ⚠️ currently have air conditioning, but for your comfort all rooms have fans (ceiling and airships). 📌 Through your window overlooking the street, you can sometimes hear noise coming from outside. 📌 Due to the layout of the house, voices or sounds from other guests can also be perceived. Even so, we try to maintain a quiet and respectful atmosphere at all times, with rules designed so that everyone can rest comfortably, especially during the evenings. 🌙 🛁 Shared bathroom (out of the room) 📐 Total room area 19m² 🚗🚫 We do not have parking Guest access During your stay at Casa Capricornio you will have access to the common areas of the house, designed for your comfort: • A fully equipped shared kitchen, with utensils, natural water and some basic condiments. • A backyard patio with stairs leading to the terrace, perfect for sitting outdoors, reading, or taking a break. • An indoor living room/patio on the ground floor, ideal for spending time in a quiet environment. Also, during your stay you will have at your disposal clean towels, bed linens, toilet paper and soap. (♻️ Use them with respect and awareness) We hope these spaces make your stay a more comfortable, restful and enjoyable one. During your stay If you need assistance, our offices are right in front of the house and we will be happy to assist you: • Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. • Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Sundays and holidays our offices remain closed.) I will also be available via Airbnb chat for any questions or clarifications. For logistical and safety reasons, we ask that all communication be through this medium. Still, for your peace of mind, we will share the guest service number, available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. to support you in whatever you need during your stay. In addition, we have a person who lives in front of the house (in charge of maintaining tranquility and security, during the nights) and can support you in case of an emergency. Other things to note Due to the layout of the house, voices or noises from other guests and the street can be heard. However, we do have rules to maintain a quiet environment, especially during the evenings. 🙏 If you notice that someone does not respect them, please let us know - we are happy to find a solution. ⸻ 💡 About your hosting type Casa Capricornio is not a hotel so we do not offer the same services. We are a home with budget rooms, basic amenities and friendly and close treatment. We offer several accommodation options to adjust to different budgets: • Rooms with a private bathroom and TV • Rooms with a private or shared bathroom • Affordable fees, without compromising functionality. ⸻ 🌞 About the weather and ventilation Guadalajara, like many areas of Mexico, can have elevated temperatures in spring and summer. As we are a budget choice, no room has AC but: • They all count with their own fan and natural ventilation • We also have extra fans available if you need it ⸻ 🎥 Safety and privacy We have closed-circuit cameras located only in common areas, such as: • Front Entrance • Backyard ⚠️ We never record the interior of rooms or bathrooms.
