For early check-in, we charge the amount of 100 reais to be paid directly to the host. Other things to note We need the following information/documents at least 48h before your arrival date: - Time you want to check-in and check-out - Copy of passports or IDs of all guests in the reservation - Your phone number - How would you like the arrangement of the beds in the suite - If you need to use the parking space, you will need to inform the license plate, model and color of the car. NOTE: Reimbursement of property maintenance costs (electricity, gas, swimming pool, Internet, etc.) is included in the amount charged.
