Guest suite in Tucson

Centally located guestsuite with private entrance and small yard. The property is in a very quiet cul-de-sac. Close to University of Arizona, Downtown,Tucson Medical Center, Saint Joseph and Banner hospitals, Costco, shopping and DMAFB. No more than 7 miles from most Gem Show exhibits. Bedding is all cotton . Coffee, and tea is provided. Well suited for 2 but can accommodate 4 close friends. Because, the bathroom is past the bedroom. The space This is a 400sf+ guest suite. It is completely independent of the main house. The suite is separated by a double brick wall and it's own entrance. The main area has a queen size sofa bed with 5 inch memory foam mattress, small dining table and chairs, and kitchenette( Induction hotplate, microwave, Keurig single serve coffeemaker, toaster oven and small fridge). The common area is separated by a door from the bedroom. A step up is a hall with extra blankets, sheets, pillows and pillow cases. The hall leads into the bedroom which has a comfy queen size bed, built in closet. The 3/4 bathroom( shower, sink, and toilet) is beyond the bedroom. The space has its own mini split airconditioner/heater. The small yard has a patio with a couple of chairs for you to catch some sun Guest access The whole space is yours to enjoy. Parking in driveway left side as you drive in. The space has an alarm system for periods when it is not occupied. If you are self checking in, please shoot me a text or call me so I can disarm the alarm system. Other things to note This is a 1 bedroom apartment which is independent and attached to the main house. It is not a room to share in a house with other guests. I provide all cotton linen and cotton towels, coffee and tea. If you are planning on using the sofa sleeper please notify me in advance to I can have it ready. It has a induction counter top stove and small toaster oven. There is a Google home mini in the Common area you can listen to music. set an alarm, get recommendations and directions. The switch to turn off the mic is in the side. tap the sides to increase or decrease the sound. Just start with “Hey Google” to get answers from Google, tackle your day, enjoy your music and entertainment. I do have outdoor security cameras in the driveway. Prices vary by season. PS.
