The cottage is located by our orchard, very private w views from every window. Comfortably furnished (Queen bed, couch, desk, armoire, dresser,TV) it comes w a kitchen (incl w/d), bathroom (shower) and a fenced yard to relax. It has a light and airy feel, heating and a/c. Comfortable to get to work or heal or explore SoCal's beaches, mountains, hiking, biking, visit Universal Studios or Santa Barbara a perfect little home to get away for a couple of days, weeks or even months. There is plenty of parking. Ron and I will welcome you when your arrival isn't too late, otherwise we'll see you in the morning. We find our guests have interesting perspectives to offer, so we do like to meet them. We are busy retirees, but gladly available for any questions or assistance throughout your stay. We have enjoyed many years in The Conejo Valley and will gladly suggest restaurants, day trips, hiking paths, wine tastings, local attractions like the Reagan Library, King Gillette Ranch, Getty Museums or Wine Safari's.
