Guest access Guests have access to our entire 600 square foot home (lower level only). You also have access to the communal backyard with shared grill, hammocks and bikes (Shared with the upper unit and carriage house and are on a first-come/first-serve basis!) There is also a main-level apartment that has its own separate entrance and a Carriage House at the back of the property. All three residences are short term vacation rentals that can be rented together or separately.
