You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It's a three room apartment style pad, featuring a TV, Mini fridge, microwave, large sectional couch, full size bed and access to a shared full bathroom. This listing includes three rooms, on the second floor, accessed through the house. No kitchen access or use. And 14 steps to access. The space You can access the apartment by passing through the first floor of the house. Instructions will be shared the day of check in. This listing features a full bed, clean linens, full bathroom, hygiene extras, mini fridge, microwave, closet for storage, TV, DVD/Blu Ray player, record player, surround sound, large sectional couch, and plenty of blankets. Guest access You will have access to a bedroom, second floor living room area and a full bathroom right in between the two. There is a linen closet in the hallway for extra linens. Each room also features a closet for your use. There is plenty of parking. No kitchen access or use During your stay I may be on the property most times. Feel free to say hi if you'd like. Other things to note If your profile does not have any reviews, or is fairly new, I have every right to refuse your booking as part of my rules and regulations and policies of my listings. if you are approved but have no reviews, I will meet you in person the day of check-in to verify Who You are. if you cannot accommodate this request, you may need to cancel the reservation. To access the room, you will need to climb a flight of stairs, a total of 16 stairs with one landing. I have two small dogs. they will most likely be around during your stay. Sometimes they will bark but they are small and harmless. They will be gated into another area of the house so they do not affect the guests' leaving and arriving. Parking: There's plenty of free off street private parking. You may park anywhere in front of the white garage. Check in: I can meet guests and give a small tour before handing over the keys to the castle if I am available but it's not required. I will be around the property and in and out if the house at times, but I will not bother you unless you'd like to talk. You might also see or hear me in the garage often.
