Quaint Brick home in the quiet country, surrounded by Georgia red clay, multiple state parks, & plenty of water. This property is easily accessible and about a 30 minute drive from Augusta, GA, 15 mins to Graves Mountain, and 10 mins from Clarks Hill Lake with enough parking for a boat or two. Enjoy a quiet stay as cellular service works, yet is spotty in most cases. The space Plug In: The property includes High Speed Wi-Fi internet service. Typically, cell phone service is spotty, regardless of the service used. However, visitors that have Wi-Fi calling (cell phones) can easily sign onto the Wi-Fi Calling Network (using the supplied Wi-Fi password) to make and receive calls when cellular service is poor or unavailable. Guests that have streaming services such as HULU, YouTube, etc. are welcome to bring a laptop computer and login to the Wi-Fi network to view their streaming apps. Guests are also welcome to use the included Roku media device (connected to the HD television located in the living room) to view the Roku Free TV Channels. Note: The property owners will not be responsible for mishaps or guests forgetting to logout of their app prior to checking out or inputing private information or credit card data onto the Roku device. An Over-the-Air Antenna is also connected to the HDTV, which will allow for pick up of some local TV channels. or Plug Out: Enjoy quick and easy access to Clark's Hill Lake and nearby parks, and rock mine. Have a sit down outside in one of the many seating areas and fire pit located in the front & back of the house. Charcoal/ Gas Grill: Use the gas grill for a quick meal or light some charcoal if you have time and wish to add extra flavor. Pets are welcome both inside and on the property but please clean up after your pet. Other things to note There is no lake access from this location. Clark’s Hill is about 10mins away. Shared driveway with the back neighbor.
