Private Basement in Quiet Estates Home

Located on a quiet close. Near Fish Creek Park, and Spruce Meadows. Open and bright basement. 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bath. We are going to be furnishing the space. Bedroom 1 will have a queen bed along with other furnishings making it a comfortable room. Bedroom 2 will have a bunk bed. Main room will couch,futon desk and table for meals. Kitchenette will include sink, fridge, microwave, dishes and utensils. New photos will be up by April. Guest access Guests have access to sunny south facing back yard with shaded patio and green space. During your stay We are a very social family but also respect your privacy. We are dedicated to helping you feel comfortable. We enjoy our city and have lots of recommendations for activities and dining out. We are also avid hikers and rock climbers and would love to share our knowledge of the mountains and outdoors with you.
