IMPORTANT: the renovation of the apartment will be completed on December 20th, the photos are not definitive. :-))) The space THE LOCATION The apartment is right in the heart of St. Moritz, at an altitude of over 1,800 m, in one of the most picturesque areas, a short walk from the lake. The location is certainly one of the strengths of LAKE 27, which is located near the ski lifts, cross-country ski slopes, hiking trails and bike and mountain bike paths. The lake is a few meters from the accommodation, the beautiful promenade on its banks passes near the house. Within a radius of 50 meters you will find 3 supermarkets (Coop, Denner and Lidl). Sports shops, restaurants, bars, an athletics track and the beautiful Ovaverva municipal swimming pool are within walking distance. A few hundred meters away, accessible both on foot and by bus (free for those who have a valid daily pass), is the Corviglia cable car, which leads directly to the ski slopes. The nearest bus stop is right on Via Ludains, a few meters from LAKE 27. A breathtaking landscape as the setting for an unforgettable vacation. Guest access PRIVATE PARKING SPACE Guests have a private parking space for exclusive use, located outside the building. The parking space is easily identifiable, as it is located right in the parking lot of the Denner supermarket at via Ludains 4, 7500 St. Moritz. The parking space is identified by a sign "PRIVAT - LAKE 27". You can find the exact location of the parking space in the photos of the apartment's exterior. LAUNDRY The building has a large shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as an area where you can hang out the laundry. The appliances are coin-operated. Guests are kindly requested to dry any clothing in this room, in order to avoid the creation of excessive humidity inside the apartment. The room is located in the basement (- 1), along the main corridor and turning right. SPORTS EQUIPMENT STORAGE Guests also have access to a ski-bike room, where they can store sports equipment.
