Self-Contained Mansion With Jacuzzi & Cinema Room

Formerly a full-service lodge we're now operating as a self-contained mansion, offering a house with the lot, that is perfect for groups to vacation in the beautiful Hakuba valley. With a jacuzzi, cinema room, BBQ area, yoga/games room, ping pong table and much more, The Phat House is your perfect getaway. The space Ever had a dream? After chasing winters around the world this is ours: a tricked out mansion in the powder capital of the world. The seemingly endless powder was what brought us here and ultimately kept us here. We are called 'The Phat House' for a reason; with a cinema room, hot tub, yoga/games room, 11 ensuited rooms, commercial kitchen, large lounge/communal area and much more, we offer the perfect space for medium to large groups looking for a Hakuba getaway (we can sleep up to 30 guests). Guest access Great for big groups we have plenty of beds/rooms to fit the whole crew and plenty of other spaces to keep everyone entertained. BBQ AREA: There are three BBQ grills for guests to use and we provide everything you need for a BBQ including charcoal (unlimited), charcoal chimney, torch burner, butane gas canister and more. FIRE PIT: Who isn’t a fire bug? We have two outdoor fire pits that you can sit around and toast marshmallows, or simply get lost staring into the flames. Logs for the fire are provided and the torch burner will make starting a fire easy. CINEMA ROOM: Our grandstanded cinema room is the best escape after a day on the hill. Relax amongst 3 large leather couches and bean bags, while watching a movie on a huge screen. HOT TUB: We have a 10 person hot tub that is great to have a soak in anytime of day. With great views of the snow-covered rice paddies in the foreground and the alpine in the background, you can soak in the view while relaxing in our tub. VANS: We offer the complimentary use of up to four 8-seater vans (equipped with winter tyres and roof racks in winter). GAMES ROOMs: We have a two games rooms. One with a ping pong table and another with a PS4 and large TV. LOUNGE: We have a communal area decked out with a bunch of fun board games and decks of cards to play with your mates over a frothy one from the bar. KITCHEN: We have a full commercial kitchen that you are welcome to use to cook any meal large or small. BAR: There is no better way to finish a day on the mountain than with an apres. We can organise kegs of beer at an additional cost. DRYING ROOM: A purpose built drying room means warm and dry gear when you put it on in the morning. WORKBENCH: Whether you need to wax your skis or affix your bindings to your board we have all the tools for you to do so. Other things to note We're great for large groups and can rearrange bedding configurations to suit. Please let us know your requirements in advance.
