Gramercy Forest Suite Close to IU

Our beautiful house bordering the Griffy Lake nature preserve is 10-15 minutes from the IU campus and very convenient to Interstate 69. This is a bedroom suite with private bathroom upstairs and full use of living room, fireplace, kitchen, garden, dining room and garage. The property is set on 5 acres in the exclusive Gramercy Park neighborhood. The forest behind our house is full of wildlife and birds. We enjoy giving you the space you need to enjoy your visit to Bloomington. The space This suite bedroom has a double bed with walk-in closet and adjoining bathroom with bathtub, shower and two sinks. Downstairs you'll find a living room with ample space to read or catch up over a drink and fire. The kitchen is fully equipped. If you need to get some work done there's a desk upstairs in the adjoining room of the suite or you are welcome to find a space downstairs in the dining room or at the marble counter. Guest access Feel free to use the kitchen, bar, breakfast room, dining room, living room, fireplace, garage and garden. We also enjoy making bonfires at night in the back garden. During your stay I am happy to greet you when you arrive if I'm at the house. Otherwise, make yourself at home! I like to give my guests the space they need to have a relaxing and easy visit to Bloomington. I'm available for any needs usually set out breakfast and let my guests have their morning in peace and quiet with the birds and the forest.
