Cozy barn with bedroom and loft

Cozy barn converted to living space. Bedroom with locking door and a queen sized bed. Open loft with queen sized bed. Kitchen area with a two burner stove top, sink and small fridge. Sitting area with sofa, TV and table and chairs. Bathtub that is wonderful for soaking, hand held shower for rinsing off. Unique private space in the country. The space The cozy barn is for your use. One locking bedroom with queen bed, a loft with queen bed, basic kitchen with coffee supplies and Kerig style coffee maker, dining area, and a sofa sitting area with streaming box and TV. There is a bathroom area with large soaking tub and hand held shower. Maserating toilet. Area to sit in front. Guest access Guests have access to the whole cozy barn. We are located on 5 wooded acres with walking trails, covered outdoor resting areas, meditation space and lots of wildlife. Other things to note The barn is rustic but comfy. The stairs to the loft are skinny and a little steep. There is a soaking tub but only a hand held style shower. The fridge is small and the stove is top has only two burners. There is an indoor safe Mr. Heater propane fireplace heater, electric blankets and small electric heater. The kitchen and bed room are concrete covered with laminate flooring. The loft has laminate flooring. There are parts of the floor that are rocks by the tub and the fire place. It is peaceful. We are in the country, it gets dark out here at night, no street lights. There are wild animals on the property such as deer, chipmunks, rabbits, birds, and coyotes. The area behind the barn is not included in the Cozy Barn stay. We welcome well brushed, well behaved pets, if your pet leaves fur on the bedding or furniture PLEASE leave a tip for the house keeper. We don’t want to be able to tell there were pets in the unit! The pet owner is responsible for ALL pet messes, including hair, food, toys, cat litter, and pet waste. There are poo bags provided please use them for your dog poo. Please do not allow pets to run free for the safety of the wildlife and the pets. There is a propane fireplace for heat; stays longer than a day or two may require changing the propane tank. The tank changed is much like a BBQ, simply twist the hose off the empty tank and twist onto the fresh tank. Propane is privided. Propane changes can be arranged by our staff for a small fee.
