The apartment has a simple layout, however was designed to have everything that you need and is quite functional for both short and medium term stays. It is recently built and is constructed in accord with international standards for your comfort and safety. Includes A/C so you can escape the charming Managua heat and humidity. Other things to note The listing description says that it accommodates 3 people. There is a bed large enough for a couple and there's a sofa bed. The sofa bed can accommodate 2 children, so if it is a couple and 2 children the apartment is sufficient. However the sofa bed is not large enough to comfortably fit two adults. Please keep that in mind. A maximum of 3 adults at a time should stay in the apartment. Also, if it is intended that you will use the sofa bed, please request a set of sheets for it when you contact me as we do not include a set of sheets for the sofa bed automatically (since most of the time guests do not use it).
