This original Maritime cottage sits on the Northumberland Strait with a beautiful fine sand beach overlooking Confederation Bridge. Have coffee on the patio at sunrise or sit on the deck to witness gorgeous sunsets. BBQ local meats, fish and produce gazing over the low-tide sandbars. The space This quaint cottage has two floors: An upper level with two bedrooms and the ground floor with bathroom and open concept kitchen, dining room and living room. The cottage has been completely refinished to ensure comfort but remains an original maritime cottage experience! Guest access Visitors have full access to cottage, decks, including canoes and kayaks. There is also full access to the beach for long beach walks at low tide. There is also a common field, ideal for playing sports. The cottage itself includes a side garden for lounging. Other things to note This experience is meant to take people away from the hustle and bustle of city life! Hence we have chosen to equip the cottage with music, books, DVDs, and board games in lieu of cable and internet; however, an internet cafe is only 5 minutes away.
