The space The casita is connected to the main house by a bridge..The casita has 3 levels so there are stairs that you need to use to get around. Top level is the large open kitchen stocked with cookware, blender, coffee maker, air fryer, and everything needed for longer stays. Second level is the gym and 2nd bathroom and the 1st level are the bedrooms with a bathroom. There will only ever be one party renting the space at one time. Close to excellent restaurants and beaches are close by. We also provide access to the the gym, and the spacious rancho kitchen. Enjoy cooking while bird watching and listening to the howler monkeys at play. Stroll the jungle trail to your own private river. Each room is surrounded by tropical gardens, the beautiful swimming pool perfect for relaxing while having a cocktail and listening to the sounds of the jungle. There is fiber optic internet throughout the property.. The mattresses are both pillow-top and are very comfortable. **If you are bringing a pet I need to know specifics about it because I have 2 dogs. It is well maintained but one part is quite steep so all-wheel drive or 4x4 is strongly recommended. Because of all the stairs and the type of property I recommend children over the age of 6 years old.
