The most beautiful beaches in the region are approx. 10 minutes away and the city of Palma about 20 minutes away. The space On two floors, the accommodation offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet with shower and space for up to 6 people. The spacious living and dining area is tastefully designed and leads directly to the fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent to the light-flooded kitchen is a large covered terrace with a dining table, comfortable lounge sofas and comfortable hammocks – a wonderful outdoor area to enjoy, relax and unwind. Nestled in the Mediterranean garden is the private pool area with cozy sun loungers and hammocks, ideal for sunbathing and swimming. Parking for 2 cars is available on the premises. Guest access House, terrace, pool, pool area around the pool and garden are for the exclusive use of guests. The parking facilities in the courtyard are used by another person. The service staff has their own access to the outdoor area twice a week in the morning to care for the pool, garden and plants. Other things to note Before arrival, a deposit of €500 will be charged for any damage caused by the guest.
