Holiday home, spacious and cozy, with play areas!

The vacation home is close to a nature park, the Zwilbrock, where, among other things, pink flamingos are in the wild. These can be spotted from March to September. There are also several other bird species. There is a baroque church nearby and the beautiful town of Winterswijk. Many possibilities for outings with the children. A large recreational lake for fishing/swimming is a 7-minute drive away. The space Outside, the terrace is very accessible for the disabled and less able-bodied. Inside is a sea of space that is very accessible for wheelchairs and walkers. Downstairs in the basement are 3 rooms that are designed for the older kids and the little ones. So, in case of bad weather, there are super amenities such as a ping pong table, shuffleboard, foosball and plenty of toys. Guest access Depending on the size of the group. If there is a smaller group, the bedrooms and/or bathroom that are unnecessary for the group will be closed. Furthermore, the entire house is accessible. If there are no children present, the playroom for small children will be closed. Other things to note GROUPS WITHOUT family such as young people or groups of friends pay €50 extra in cleaning costs. This is for the partying in the basement/disco that we have to clean. This is not included in the standard cleaning fee. MANDATORY: bed linen €8.50 (made beds) Bring your own towels. For certain guests, such as people in transit, towels are provided. Tourist tax €1.55 p.p.p.n. TB and bed linen costs are paid in cash upon arrival. (and any additional cleaning costs.)
