The space The apartment, despite having 1 bedroom with 2 box beds (1 single and 1 double), has extra mattresses that, when used with the 2 sofa beds in the living room, can accommodate 5 people perfectly. It has 1 bathroom, 1 pantry and a kitchen with a 4-burner stove. The apartment has 3 ceiling fans and is very airy. Guest access The apartment is located on the 1st floor and guests will have access through the lobby that has Wi-Fi (access password as caretaker). On the ground floor, guests have access to the showers that must be used when returning from the beach. Access to Praia Grande can be done on foot as it is located about 150 meters from the beach. Other things to note Guests must bring bed linens, pillows, bath linens and dish towels. Other kitchen utensils are included. Keys will be delivered on site after payment and proof of identity at check-in.
