The space This spacious accommodation has: an air-conditioned living room with a sofa, TV, kitchen with a 2-burner cooktop, refrigerator, new utensils and modern appliances; all rooms are air-conditioned; closets and balcony; showers with central heating. Breakfast - Not included in the daily rate, but available at the Samoa Hotel Restaurant, within the La Fleur complex. The restaurant also serves meals and snacks. We have a bar in the pool area for the sale of drinks. Water and ice can be purchased through extension 1000. They are delivered to the apartment. The apartment is furnished, has a full kitchen and is equipped with bed, table and bath linens. GROUND RULES: 1 – The condominium environment is strictly RESIDENTIAL and FAMILY, so that PARTIES OR EVENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED inside the apartment or in the common areas of the development; 2 – The condominium's rules require SILENCE from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.; 3 – The use of GLASS OBJECTS in the pool area is NOT allowed; 4 – Guests must COLLECT ALL THE GARBAGE PRODUCED, disposing of it in the appropriate containers that are on Floor 0 (basement) of the condominium; 5 – Large animals are not allowed inside the apartment. Small size is LIEBRADO, with some rules to follow in the common area of the resort. 6 - Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment; 7 – The apartment must be returned ORGANIZED, CLEAN AND WITH THE DISHES WASHED. 8 – Check-in is anytime after 3:00 p.m. and check-out by 11:00 a.m.; 9 – Thank you for the conscious use of ELECTRICITY. When you leave, turn off the air conditioners. 10 - All guests will be required to complete an authorization form with all the data (RG, CPF, address) to have access to the condominium. Guest access The guest has access to the entire Samoa Beach Resort complex and the Lá Fleur complex, such as: - Children's entertainers (already included in the stay) - Stand up and Kayak (upon rental and availability) - Workout gym -Brinquedoteca - Toys - Pools - Beach - restaurant - Events in general - Tennis Court - Poli sports court - Game salon - Ping-Pong Table - Pool table (Billiards) - Table football (toto) - Etc.
