It features 1 2 or 3 guest rooms, perfect for up to 5 p. Start your day with an included typical french breakfast on the terrace, before venturing out to explore the nearby sights. Afterward, in summer, enjoy the pool. With its blend of comfort and proximity to major highlights, our home offers the perfect retreat for your visit ! The space Private spaces include: * 1 bedroom with a large double bed (160x200) * 1 very large bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190). * 1 small bedroom with a single bed (90*190) * 1 bathroom with shower (bathtub only serves as decoration) * 1 toilet Sheets and towels are provided. Fenced parking available at no extra cost Shared accessible spaces include: * The garden * The terrace (or the dining room if weather does not permit eating outside) * A large swimming pool (approximately open from April/May to early/mid Sept) * The kitchen (dishes, microwave, refrigerator, coffee/tea machine). Hot meal preparation is not allowed unless specifically granted. So please send us a message before if you think you’ll need it. * The billiard room For ecological reasons, the pool is mostly heated by the sun, and in June, July and August, we usually manage to maintain it between 25 and 31 degrees. Even though it can be secured with a solid shutter, we prefer not to use it. As a consequence, during the summer period, we prefer to welcome swimmers. However, if you come with young non-swimming children, you will be required to exercise the necessary attention. A charging station (Type 2) for electric vehicles is available (€0.3/kWh) Guest access Unfortunately, the house is not suited for disabled people. You can reach us from Paris either by Train: (J Line) from Paris Saint Lazare station. Direct (22 minutes)+8 walking distance from Villennes station to the house. There is a train every 20 min during peak hours. Otherwise every 30 or 40 min. Car: 1 km away from A13 or A14 exits. Outside peak hours, 20 minutes will be enough to reach Paris.
