Please take note of the following: Zero Noise Policy: Kingswood Estate is a quiet, family-oriented community. As such, there is a strict ZERO tolerance for excessive noise, especially after hours. This includes loud gatherings, music, or any disturbances that may disrupt the serenity of the estate. Respect for Neighbours: Guests are expected to be considerate of the estate’s residents and their pets. This means maintaining a calm and respectful atmosphere at all times. No Rowdy Behaviour: If your stay involves a group or social event, please ensure that your plans align with the estate’s expectations for a tranquil environment. The estate is not suitable for disruptive behaviour, including excessive drinking or large, noisy gatherings. Failure to comply with these rules could result in fines or immediate eviction from the property.
