Duplex in a green setting, three blocks from the beach. Ideal and with everything you need to spend a relaxing vacation away from the noise of the city. Park with open grills and barbecue for each duplex. Green area shared with other guests, each duplex has its own independent use elements (grill, Paraguayan hammock, table and plastic chair for outdoor and open quincho) No linen service (no sheets or towels) The space Duplex with a ground floor kitchen/dining room with direct access to the park and a small open laundry room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker and an LCD TV with DirecTV and a sofa. Equipped with dishes for 5 people and cookware. The first floor has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1: with three single beds (two traditional beds and the third is easily lowered, in the photos it looks like a piece of furniture). The other Bedroom 2: has a double bed, custom-made closets and dressers with air conditioning. The bathroom is located between the bedrooms. Park with individual open grills and quincho for each duplex. Roofed quincho with dining set and shared armchairs.
