Thanks to its proximity to the Sacca Fisola vaporetto stop, in just one stop you can reach the historic centre, the Tronchetto car park - ideal for those arriving by car - and the main train and bus stations. The flat, perfect for families and couples, can accommodate up to 5 people and has two large double bedrooms, tastefully furnished to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. The living area, spacious and bright, is the heart of the house: a fully equipped open kitchen allows you to prepare delicious dishes, perfect to enjoy before exploring the city. There is a complete bathroom with shower, modern and functional, designed to offer maximum comfort during the stay. Outside, guests can enjoy a furnished garden, a green corner ideal for relaxing in the open air, enjoying the evening breeze or letting the children play in complete safety. The flat is entirely at guests' disposal, guaranteeing privacy and independence for a carefree stay. Please note that the flat can accommodate up to 5 people, including children and even babies, ensuring a comfortable and cosy stay for families and couples looking for an unforgettable experience in the charming city of Venice. ----------- To check in at the flat, please let me know your travel arrangements and expected arrival time, fill in the form I will send you via a link a few days beforehand, upload a photo of the ID of all guests, and sign the tenancy agreement for tourist purposes and services related to holiday accommodation, as required by current legislation. This procedure is mandatory in order to gain access to the property. Please do get in touch with me by email or phone at least 48 hours before your arrival time so that I can organise your check-in as smoothly as possible. Other things to note * Ca Giardino is a flat intended for tourist rental: for this reason it is compulsory to sign a tourist rental contract. * Upon check-out, the accommodation must be returned completely free of people and personal belongings. * Subletting is strictly prohibited. Only persons duly registered at check-in are permitted to stay. * Within 24 hours of arrival, the guest is required to communicate the approximate time of arrival in the city and the mode (means of transport) in order to receive more efficient assistance. * Check-in: entry to the flat will be by presence only from 15:00 and is free of charge until 21:00. For arrivals after this time, the following surcharges apply: From 21:00 to 22:00 → €30 From 22:00 to 24:00 → €50 ⚠ Access to the flat is only allowed until 24:00. After this time it will no longer be possible to check in, in order not to disturb you. * Tourist tax: The amount of the tax will therefore have to be paid separately, in cash, at the time of check-in, directly at the flat, to our reception manager.
