Villa Valley of the Horses

Do you want to recharge your batteries and escape from a stressful life? Don't miss the relaxing beauty and privacy of our villa! Perched at 200m above sea level and surrounded by an exuberant nature, the place is ideal for enjoying the pleasant climate and breathtaking mountain views. Secluded, but just 15min from Dominical Beach and all his facilities, contemplate a large panoply of the fauna and the flora of Costa Rica like toucans, frogs, deers or monkeys all without leaving the villa. The space The villa is like new and very private on a plot of 50 000 m2 with no direct neighbours. You can enjoy a walk in the huge garden full of tropical plants and fruit trees and collect your own organic bananas, mangos or papayas. The jungle behind the house is part of the estate and in front of the house you have stunning mountain views from your private infinity pool or your extra wide and cosy bed. The bathroom offers a modern shower and a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is super equipped. A sofa bed and a big 2 persons inflatable mattress are also available if needed. The last part of the road to access the property is steep and require a 4WD car which is also recommended for your travel in Costa Rica and to move around in the area. WIFI is working very good. The pool is maintained twice a week and lights up in the evening if you wish, otherwise the fireflies will give you a show out of the ordinary, and this under a starry sky ... Once in your bed, lights off, you will be entitled to the incredible songs of frogs . The house is located 200 meters above sea level what allows to be less bothered by mosquitoes, huge advantage over housing located near the sea.The BARU River is 10-15 minutes walk down the property on the left and right along the pond. You will meet horses freed, deer, squirrels and other animals out of the ordinary (see our pictures). You will no doubt hear screams of howler monkeys and you may see them. Toucans (2 different types) are also installed on our domain and show up every day. You will see them leave in the morning and return at the end of the afternoon to join their nests. Open your eyes, your ears, you will be conquered ... The villa looks small in the photos but see the comments of our guests... Guest access Travelers have access to the entirety of the villa, its private pool and the huge garden located nearby. The first neighbors are located more than 300m from the villa. Other things to note The house is very clean and well maintained. We are not responsible in case of accident. In case of problem, our manager is available ... Arrive at the villa before 6pm and preferably do not travel at night in Costa Rica. A 4WD car equipped with a GPS is more than recommended. Pura vida. ..
