Beautiful villa located on the heights of Punaauia, nestled in the heart of Polynesian nature. Upon entering the villa, you will be amazed by the magnificent ocean view and natural light. For the good of all and respect for the neighborhood, parties are not allowed and a sound meter is installed in the house signaling noise overflow. The space Perched in the middle of an exceptional site and enjoying a breathtaking 180-degree view of the ocean and the island of Moorea, this modern 200 m2 architect-designed villa will delight you with its calm and serenity. It is particularly well balanced energetically and applies many Feng Shui rules, making it very pleasant to stay in. You will be seduced by its Balinese decor and this breathtaking view of the sea that welcomes you as soon as you enter. The house has just been renovated at the end of 2024; you will enjoy new hotel-quality bedding. The living room, furnished with comfortable leather sofas, overlooks an open kitchen that opens onto a long terrace and pool. There is a small laundry room where there is a refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. You will find a first bedroom upon entering, a shower on your left and a toilet on your right. As you move forward, you will discover a second bedroom with a king size bed, a bathtub and a toilet. Upstairs, above the living room, there is a large mezzanine with a TV lounge and a sleeping area (queen size bed) and desk. Going down along the pool, in a very nice lush garden, you will access a bungalow room with a queen size bed, a shower and a toilet. All the bedrooms have AC. Useful information: The temperature is cool in the late evening. The Wi-Fi is of very good quality. A car is a must.
