Paulin's Orchard

The Paulin orchard is a spacious, typical old Condroz farm with beautiful views of the countryside. It has a Nordic bath and facilities that can accommodate young and old, as well as everything that can make your stay unforgettable: a wine cellar, board games, a plancha, an open fire, an overhead projector, outdoor games... Located 10 min from Dinant and 15 min from Namur. On the corner of the street is the start of a walk to the beautiful Bocq Valley. The space "Le verger de Paulin" offers more than 250 m2, newly renovated with a breathtaking view from the kitchen and living room. In the kitchen, everything is provided for cooking and enjoying. A welcome gift from the local brewery will be left upon arrival. The dining room has a large table for 10 guests by an open fire. In the living room, you will find a large space to gather or relax, board games, an overhead projector for your movie nights or a play area for the little ones. The accommodation has 4 bedrooms: - The apple room, double room with king size bed and private shower area; - The pear room, double room with 140 cm bed and private shower area; - The plum room, double room with a king size bed and direct access to a bathroom; - The cherry room, bedroom with 4 single beds with direct access to a bathroom. It is connected to the plum room by the bathroom and has its own access via an independent staircase. The accommodation has 3 independent toilets, a laundry room with washing machine, a raclette, a fondue set, a high chair and a crib. The terrace has outdoor deckchairs, a Nordic bath, a plancha, a large table and a children's play area. The large garden is open to the adjacent gardens. However, respect for the neighborhood (no noise after 10 p.m. and property limit) is essential.
