The space Our property is a 49sqm condo with 1 bedroom partition. There are 5 doors inside the unit. A door for the master bedroom, the laundry area, the toilet, the shower area and finally, the balcony with a beautiful view of the pool, the city and the ocean. You are able to do just everything inside the apartment. You can relax and watch tv with netflix, cook your favourite food, do your laundry, use our fast wifi, enjoy the shower with warm heater and an adult size bathtub, or just watch the view from our balcony. You can also enjoy our amenities. We have a free pool access. You just need to go to the lobby to ask for free passes. You can access our private beach with a fee. Kindly message us head of time if you would like to avail. Guest access I will give the main door key to you or put it inside the mailbox. Mailbox name is same with apartment number. You can use all areas of the room. For cooking use the exhaust found at the top of the stove. You are not allowed to hang the clothes at the balcony. Unfortunetely, no pet is allowed inside the property. You can use all the appliances and furnitures but I kindly request guests to not disarrange and alter the location of the things in the unit. Other things to note Our cleaning fee is for cleaning the apartment after your checkout. If you want to request for cleaning, an additional 700pesos is required. Laundry fee is additional.
