Direct Mall Access: From the Lobby floor, you can easily reach the mall and parking area. Just use the transfer lift to get to the connected basement parking, avoiding the main road. 3. Parking Facilities: Guests on long-term stays are offered complimentary parking, subject to request and availability. Short-term guests can use the parking at a rate of 50K/night, which is managed directly by the parking administration. 4. Access Card Information: For short-term stays (15 days or less, or fewer than 5 guests), one access card is included. For longer stays (more than 16 days or over 6 guests), up to two cards are provided. An additional card can be obtained for 100K/stay, pending approval. Other things to note To ensure a seamless and safe stay for each guest: 1. Identification Requirements: All adults must present valid identification. 2. Our live booking system reflects availability, and we honor confirmed bookings without cancellation. 4. Parking Arrangements: Guests must arrange parking with the Mall Parking Customer Service Officer during business hours. The overnight parking fee is Rp. 50,000. Long-term parking is available in the mall's basement. 5. Housekeeping Services: Available for an additional charge, with prior confirmation at check-in. 6. No TVs in Bedrooms: Bedrooms are free of televisions to promote quality time. 7. Floor Appearance: Haze and subtle stains on granite tiles are due to strong cleaning chemicals used during the pandemic, not poor cleanliness. 8. Overcapacity Fine: IDR 250,000 per extra person per night will be charged by security and building management. 9. Energy Conservation: Please switch off lights and air conditioners when leaving. Excessive electricity use incurs a 1 million Rp charge per night. 10. Please use the electric stove in the kitchen for your cooking needs.
