The space Boasting panoramic views over Stanley, The Nut, surrounding beaches and Rocky Cape National Park, this substantial two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa features a spacious open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with balconies spread over two levels. The lounge is spacious and comfortable, with a lovely leather sofa and soft lounge chairs, expansive windows opening onto the balcony to take in the wonderful coastal vista and of course a large smart TV. Relax on the balcony and breathe some of the worlds cleanest air. Watch the clouds drift, the birds soar, and fishing boats return to port with a belly full of lobster or scallops. The open plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, freezer, cook top, oven, pod coffee machine, herbal teas and all the glass ware, kitchen ware and appliances you’d expect along with an extensive mini bar. An elegant marble dining table sits between the lounge, with windows all around it is a beautiful place to enjoy a meal. The master bedroom is located on the upper (ground) level of the villa alongside the living area. It has a king size bed, smart TV, walk in robe, ensuite with a shower, toilet, large bath and fluffy bath robes. This bedroom also features expansive windows that open onto the balcony and take in the wonderful view. The downstairs bedroom (lower ground floor) also has a patio with views, spacious ensuite and two king single beds (available as a king size bed upon request at the time of booking). The room features a beautiful mural with floor to ceiling windows that take in the coastal views and open onto a covered patio and small garden, smart TV, walk in robe, a spacious ensuite bathroom and fluffy bath robes. Rose’s Villa also has a laundry, car port and lock up garage both perfect for charging electric vehicles and keeping loved cars out of the weather. Guest access Check In Instructions: Please check in at Stanley Seaview Inn located at 58 Dovecote Road, Stanley – just down the road from Rose’s Villa. If you arrive after 6pm, an envelope will be left for you at the front door of Seaview Inn with your name on it, key in it and directions to the Villa. Other things to note The down stairs bedroom is set as 2 king single beds, but if you are two couples travelling together, please contact us at the time of booking and we can arrange for the room to be made up as a second king size bed.
