The space The house is brand new with a very interesting design concept. On the ground floor, there is an outdoor lounging area with comfortable outdoor furniture. On the second floor, there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and terrace. The third floor has two bedrooms and a balcony. On the second floor, there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and terrace. In the living room, there is a corner sofa, a wardrobe, a TV, air conditioning, a dining area, and access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking (dishes, stove, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and more). From the balcony, you can enjoy a stunning view of the sea and Batumi. We have taken care of your comfort and equipped the terrace with outdoor furniture and a swing. You will enjoy ocean sunsets in a very cozy setting. There are two bedrooms on the third floor. The first bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, armchairs, bedside tables, and access to the balcony. The balcony is equipped with armchairs. The highlight of our house is the bathtub in the bedroom with a sea view! The second bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a bedside table. We have a large yard and plenty of space to park a car. For your convenience, there is a washing machine, hairdryer, and Wi-Fi. Thanks to the powerful air-conditioning units, the house is warm in winter (there are three air-conditioning units in the house). Guest access The sea is about two kilometers away. The center of Mahinjauuri is 4.5 kilometers away. The center of Batumi is 9 kilometers away. If you don't have a car, the host can help get you to the sea or to public transportation. We can also help you with taxi contacts. Other things to note For rentals of 27 nights or less, utilities are included. When renting for 28 nights or more, large discounts are automatically applied, while guests pay for utilities consumed according to the rates and meter readings. Electricity, gas, water and internet are payable. Our utilities are relatively small and guests pay for them to be more attentive to the property, so that when leaving the house, they remember to turn off electrical appliances, gas and close the water. Utility costs vary for everyone, on average from $50 to $150 per month. Smoking is prohibited in the house. Smoking is allowed on the terrace, balcony and outdoor seating area.
