Cozy home on the South end of Boerne. Peaceful quiet neighborhood.

Great for work or play. easy access onto IH 10 for commute or a 15 minutes walk to downtown Boerne. The home is in a quiet well established older community. Full access to front and back yard. The host is very nice and responsive when you need to get ahold of her. The house is on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. This is a lot of nearby stores and restaurants within walking distance. The house is a two bedroom one bathroom setup. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a good size. The living room is large with a TV in it. The kitchen is fully functional. I cooked the majority of my meals for the month. The oven and stove top both work well. There are some appliances such as a dishwasher, crockpot, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. The laundry room is located in a separate room at the end of the driveway next to the side entrance to the house. Washing machine and dryer both work well. There is plenty of room in the laundry room to store bicycles if you bring them. Bonus is a one car carport to keep you dry getting in and out of the car.
