About this Accommodation Host Farm Villa with 5 suites and 5 bathrooms on 5000 m² of land and 500 m² of space. Located in a very quiet area with a view of the Grand Atlas, on the road to Tahannaout at km 18. Composed of 5 suites/bathrooms, a large Moroccan living room, a modern lounge, and a furnished outdoor lounge overlooking a pool. Ground Floor: Kitchen, 2 lounges, dining room, 3 suites, 3 bathrooms. Level 1: 2 suites, 2 bathrooms + large furnished terrace. Garden: Heated outdoor lounge by the pool (from October to April), sun loungers, BBQ, ideal for families/friends. The Accommodation (IMPORTANT - please read all before booking) Beautiful modern-style villa in nature just a few minutes from Tahannaout at km 18 from Marrakech, 30 to 40 minutes from downtown Marrakech. The villa has 5 suites plus 5 extra single beds in the lounges, accommodating up to 15 people. It consists of: 5 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, air conditioning, and gas heating. A heated pool (from October to April) at an extra charge on request, at least one week before the arrival date. 1 large Moroccan living room. 1 small lounge with a large screen (85-inch TV with all channels). 1 small reading lounge. Indoor dining room. A small equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave). A large kitchen for staff with access for cooking on request. Note: Base rate for a maximum of 10 people; for additional guests, an extra charge of 200 dhs/person/night is included during booking via Airbnb; otherwise, add this if the initial number changes. Outside guests must be notified and must leave before 11 PM; otherwise, they will count as extra overnight stays. Other Remarks Extras: (minimum order of 4 people for all extras) Heated pool: 300 dhs/day with a minimum one-week reservation before arrival (option for the entire stay). Airport transfer to the villa for 1 to 7 people 8 AM - 10 PM: 500 dhs / 10 PM - 8 AM: 700 dhs. Transportation from the villa can be arranged. Moroccan cooking class: includes a trip to the local market for shopping, cooking class, and tasting: 500 dhs per person. Quad biking: 500 dhs, including round-trip transfer from the villa. Paragliding: 900 dhs, including round-trip transfer from the villa. Spa: 500 dhs, including round-trip transfer + hammam soap scrub + 30-minute massage. Camel ride from the villa: 250 dhs. It is also possible to book massages at the villa for 450 dhs/person (services provided by professional masseuses). Daily cleaning of common areas is offered at 150 dhs/day; common areas + bedrooms at 250 dhs/day. A car ride is available from the villa to the Carrefour hypermarket in Marrakech, round-trip with escort, for 400 dhs; otherwise, to the town of Tahannaout for 200 dhs. NB: Early check-in and late check-out are charged 500 dhs each, subject to acceptance based on our internal organization. Early check-in: from 11 AM. Late check-out: until 2 PM. All travelers and guests must check in with an ID. City tax of 20 dhs/person/night payable at check-in. Regarding internet connection, Wi-Fi is only available in the common areas of the villa (reception and lounge); it is not very reliable. There is no TV in the bedrooms; only one TV is installed in the lounge. Regarding music, it is allowed in the outdoor areas until 11 PM for neighborhood considerations; after that, you can continue festivities inside the villa without issue or limitation.
