The stylish kitchen features sleek black and white finishes and is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you need. Enjoy a cup of coffee made from our taster jar of locally brewed beans, with oil, pepper, and salt also provided. Four barstools at the counter offer a perfect spot to start your morning. Beyond the kitchen is a dining area with a table that seats six, and an open living space with two couches, a TV, and a gas fireplace to relax after a day of exploring. The master bedroom offers its own ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, a TV, and patio access. The private patio includes a BBQ and a comfortable lounge area, with another door leading back into the living room for easy access. The second bedroom boasts a king bed, a TV, an armchair, and an ensuite bathroom with a Jack-and-Jill door and a shower. This condo offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in Fairmont, with a welcoming and spacious layout designed for comfort and convenience. This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs.
