The leafy 2,500m² park boasts numerous species of trees and fruit trees and attracts birds and butterflies. An ideal space to connect with silence and our own nature; to deepen connections in harmony. Other things to note GAS: There are 3 jugs: one connected and 2 spare. ELECTRICITY: The house is connected to the grid. In case of outage, there are 3 emergency lights, candles and flashlights. NO electricity group. WATER: The water in the grid is from the river, so IT IS not DRINKABLE. Used for dishwashing, bathing, and showering. We provide drinking water bins for cooking, washing fruit and vegetable. TIDES: Since Rio de la Plata empties into the sea, it is subject to tides. If it adds to southeastern winds, it has usually grown of varying intensity. When it grows a lot, some or all of the park can be covered. Don't worry, the house is high enough. For this reason, do not leave anything in the garden or dock when it is growing or at night. RIVER CARE: It's important to be very careful with the river. Always swim parallel to the coast and don't cross it, as a quick boat can come and not see them. Don't dive in as there may be logs not seen from the outside. Small children must be permanently under adult surveillance and enter the water with lifeguards or bracelets even if they know how to swim in pools. The river is different. It has power and can't be seen under the water. Lifeguards, bracelets, and floats are available.
