Cozy vacation rental for 2 people in a quiet neighborhood. The vacation rental features a spacious, open-concept living/dining/kitchen area, a separate bedroom, a shower, and a toilet. The apartment has its own entrance and a separate patio. All rooms are barrier-free and accessible at ground level; assistive devices (shower chair, grab bars, and a toilet seat riser) are available for the shower and toilet. There is a parking space next to the apartment, and a locked room is available for bicycles (with charging capabilities for e-bikes). Freilinger Lake is a 10-minute walk away. 2-Bedroom Apartment: For a relaxing vacation, we offer you a “home away from home.” Our cozy vacation apartment for 2 people is located in a quiet part of town. An ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful Eifel region on foot or by bike. Accessible. Near Freilinger Lake. On-site costs: Included: Electricity, heating, water, final cleaning, bed linens, towels, kitchen towels. Not included: Use of the washing machine. The nightly rate for 1–2 guests is 65 € per night. The municipality of Blankenheim charges a lodging tax. We are required to charge 5% of the rental price for each night’s stay. For our accommodation, this amounts to 3.25 € per night. Please understand that we do not rent our vacation rental to companies or service technicians. Check-in is from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
