The space The lounge area is very spacious with a sunken style, giving it plenty of space, with three big sofas and a large flat-screen Television and it features the extravagant marina view from the large windows and the outdoor balcony area where you could enjoy a nice breeze during sunset time while reading your favorite book. The Kitchen is spacious and is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances for a seamless stay. The dining area features a dining table that could accommodate up to 6 persons. Master Bedroom The elegant style Master bedroom features a King size bed with two bedside tables situated in front of a flat television for a romantic movie night. It also has an en-suite bathroom The Apartment has 3 more bedrooms, each of them features a queen size bed, 2-bed side tables, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is spacious with a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet. Guest access Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities including a Gym and a Shared Swimming pool. Other things to note ** Important Note** Due to the recent storm in the UAE, one secondary balcony of the maid's room entrance is currently being closed due to maintenance. Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival. Checkout cleaning fees are mandatory charges to be collected through Airbnb covering cleaning costs upon guests' checkout. Please note that cleaning supplies are not provided, as this is a serviced apartment, and cleaning should be arranged through our service provider only. A mandatory cleaning session is included for stays of 7 or more days, at an additional charge to keep the unit in excellent condition. Guests will be required to sign a check-in and check-out forms in accordance to the UAE local laws and the company's standard operational procedures. To comply with Dubai Tourism regulations, we require passport copies for all guests who will be staying in the apartment before the check-in date, so we can submit them to the security of the building to avail entrance passes for each guest. Check-in time is from 15:00 hrs until 21:00 hrs. Any arrival later than 21:00 hrs will be subject to management’s decision and should be communicated at least 3 days before the arrival date. Please get in touch with the Guest Relation Team with regards to confirmation for late arrival. Extra Beds and Baby Cribs must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
