Hot/cold outside shower. Gas grill. 2 beach chairs. 2 beach bikes. Linens & towels. The space 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen including fridge, stove, convection microwave: private bath: on site designated parking. Outside hot/cold water shower around back. Private beach access with 37 space parking lot w/showers. Guest access parking on site. Park in left driveway. Access apartment thru archway. Outside shower at back of property.
